The 6025 bracket cooling fan is a mainstream standard bracket type axial fan in the 60mm series, with standard external dimensions of 60mm × 60mm × 25mm, and is also one of the most widely used universal specifications in the industry. This model adopts an integrated square bracket design, which is more flexible in installation compared to the traditional circular frame 6025 fan. At the same time, it retains sufficient air ducts with a standard thickness of 25mm, achieving balanced air volume and pressure performance, and stable heat dissipation performance.

1. Bracket structure, flexible and versatile installation

Adopting a square bracket design, paired with standard installation holes, the installation method is flexible and diverse: it can be fixed with screws, buckles, adhesives, etc. The edge of the bracket is smooth and will not scratch the internal components of the device, while providing better structural support to ensure stable and stable operation of the fan at high speeds.

2. Multi voltage adaptation, covering all scenarios of micro devices

Standard DC 5V, 12V, 24V mainstream DC voltage. 5V compatible with USB powered devices, smart home sensors, and small digital products; 12V is a commonly used voltage for industrial control modules, robot joints, security equipment, etc; 24V is suitable for small industrial instruments, communication modules, etc., fully covering the power supply needs of micro devices.

3. Three bearings are optional for precise matching of operating conditions

A low-power motor optimized specifically for micro devices, with a working current as low as 0.07A, providing effective heat dissipation while minimizing energy consumption and extending the battery life of battery powered devices. It is particularly suitable for power sensitive application scenarios such as portable medical instruments, smart home devices, robots, etc.

5. Ultra quiet operation, does not interfere with the device’s usage environment

After optimizing the design of the air duct and fan blades, the lowest noise is only 19.0dBA, far lower than conventional fans, especially suitable for noise sensitive scenarios such as medical instruments, office equipment, smart homes, etc. There is almost no obvious noise during operation, which does not affect the user experience of the equipment.
