What’s the difference between a 38mm thick fan and a regular 25mm thick fan??

Air Pressure: The 12038 fan delivers an airflow of 48-155 CFM, 3-5 times that of a standard 25mm fan, specifically designed to handle high-resistance heatsinks——Airflow: While the difference is minimal in free air, the 38mm fan provides significantly more effective airflow than the 25mm fan when encountering resistance——Installation: The hole spacing is the same (105mm), but a minimum of 38mm of clearance is required, along with longer M4 screws. Standard cases/air coolers may not fit; please measure your available space before purchasing.

Can we get samples for testing for free?

What is the warranty period for a fan?

Under normal usage conditions, we offer a 12-month warranty period.

The extra 13mm depth of the 38mm frame versus a standard 25mm fan provides significantly more blade swept volume, which translates to:

  • ~25% more airflow at 0.5 inH₂O system resistance — supporting rack densities above 80 kW
