FAQ
Should I connect to AC fan 110V or 220V? How do I tell the difference?
Check the fan's nameplate label; it will clearly indicate the rated voltage (eg, “AC 220V” or “110V”). The wiring method is the same (L/N is not reversed), but they must never be mixed—a 220V AC exhaust fan connected to 110V will run at extremely low speed or not at all, and a 110V fan connected to 220V will burn out immediately. Please choose the appropriate AC voltage based on your intended use scenario when purchasing.
Can we get samples for testing for free?
Yes, we can provide free sample testing for low-cost products.
What is the warranty period for a fan?
Under normal usage conditions, we offer a 12-month warranty period.
How to obtain the samples?
First, Contact us at [email protected]. Then, tell us your product requirements (voltage, size, speed, etc.). After receiving your information and confirming your requirements, we will produce a sample within three days.
