FH2510 3D Printer Cooling Fan Test Report

This report presents real-world test data of the Fengheng Technology FH2510 (25x25x10mm) DC cooling fan installed on a Creality Ender-3 3D printer. Tests measured hotend temperature stability, part cooling efficiency, noise levels, and power consumption.

Test method: Printer operated at 240°C for 4 hours. Hotend heatsink temperature measured with thermal probe. Clogging incidents recorded.

Test method:The printer was run continuously at 240°C for 4 hours. The temperature of the heat sink at the hot end was measured with a thermal probe, and the number of times the printhead became clogged was recorded.
