EC12038 is a large air volume square axial cooling fan with dimensions of 120 × 120 × 38mm, designed specifically for industrial cabinets, communication equipment, frequency converters, and other medium to large equipment. This fan supports multiple voltages of 12V/24V/48V, with optional PWM speed regulation, FG speed feedback, and IP54 protection. It has the advantages of abundant air volume, high static pressure, and long service life, making it a reliable thermal management solution.

This is the core highlight of this fan: it adopts EC brushless DC motor technology, which improves energy efficiency conversion rate by about 50% compared to traditional AC induction motor fans. The wide voltage design is compatible with global power grid standards, whether it is 110V North American standard, 220V Chinese standard, or 240V European standard, no additional voltage converter is required. One fan travels around the world, making it particularly suitable for export equipment matching and cross-border project use.

Supports PWM pulse width modulation (0-100% stepless speed regulation), FG speed signal feedback (real-time monitoring of speed), RD stall alarm (timely reminder of abnormal situations), seamlessly integrates with equipment control systems to achieve precise temperature control, extend equipment service life, and reduce noise and energy consumption.

 4. Industry standard size with strong interchangeability and compatibility

The 60mm series standard universal specification is 60 × 60 × 25mm, and the bracket installation hole position (50mm × 50mm) is fully compatible with AC/DC fans of the same size. Equipment maintenance and replacement, complete machine matching, and project modification do not require adjusting the rack and openings, and are compatible with all 60mm cavity devices on the market, resulting in lower procurement and usage costs.
